The Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a means of connecting computers through a public (untrusted) computer network to a closed (trusted) private network. When establishing a connection, the identities of both parties are authenticated via digital certificates, authentication takes place and all communications are encrypted, and we can therefore consider such a connection secure. For employees, this is a simple tool that allows them to connect from anywhere from a remote desktop to their office workstation and use it as if they were physically present at the workplace. For external companies, this is a tool for managing their services located in the internal structure of the university. Refer to the attached files for the connection guide.
